It is always my pleasure to visit other blogs where i always find inspiration from all the words i read.. and truly i am blessed to be retired and financially independent to live a free life of words and steps of dancing a life of living art.. instead of the cold prisons of office life in administration and supervising others.. in the life I lead for years and years before.. freedom finAlly arises for me.. like a Phoenix from the ashes.. of all the chronic stress related disorders i suffer from for over 5 years…

And of course SO MUCH of the counting of that blessing is recorded here..

so iF i ever lose my heart.. soul.. and spirit again.. at least i will know where to go to visit it again..;)

But nah.. with a mind and body in balance with emotions regulated and senses integrated.. disease is the illusion and ease of bliss in the heaven now is the reality always now in a state of body and in balance where time of inertia no longer exists..

And truly there are more avenues than ever to achieve this state of mind and body in balance.. if one just develops the physical intelligence to regulate emotions.. integrate senses.. and increase cognitive executive functioning through greater focus and short term working memory to allow the Quantum human mind and body in balance unleashed to release in letting it all go in creativity and imagination to become a reality of now.. where time melts away to the heaven of mindful awareness in body and mind balance forevermore now.. like this.. haha!..;)

Honestly, PERHAPS the saddest thing of all, IN REAL LIFE,

is folks who come to believe they have no control over theIR life,

as random globs of ‘crap’ from the Universe, as is.

Trust me, if you ever become a shut-in with 19 documented disorders, and cannot raise your arms over your head without almost passing out, for five long years; additionally, with the worst documented pain known to mankind that is like someone drilling your teeth without novocaine, except it is in your eye and ear, and find the free will inside to cure all of that; and to do what other folks ‘in the know’, describe as amazing accomplishments of actual physical feats

that so-called science say are not possible for a disabled human being, like in my case, leg pressing 930LBS on a parallel leg press machine, which is much harder, per the laws of physics to do, than a vertical leg press machine, 14 times, slowly with your arms raised in the air, growling like a gorilla that no one else currently evidences doing anywhere on YouTube, like this, other than me at age 54,

come back and tell me you don’t believe in free will.

And not only that I have done an art of dance walk in MIXED martial arts and ballet-like style, documented by way of Nike GPS sports watch over 3400 miles now in 20 months, wherever I go in the general public, as well as documenting, now, well over 200 gorgeous girls grinning ear to ear from the muse of dance I bring to them, in one of the top 100 dance clubs in America, as well as being assessed as the literal “MVP of dance” there, by the general dancing, and spectating audience.

A random glob of bullsH** didn’t create that friend;

RELATIVE HUMAN FREE WILL JUST DID IT, and does IT, AS IS.

SOME FOLKS HAVE IT; AND SADLY ENOUGH SOME FOLKS DON’T BELIEVE THEY HAVE IT, AND PAY THE CONSEQUENCES, ACCORDINGLY WITH THEIR LACK OF FAITH, HOPE, AND BELIEF IN THEMSELVES in much greater ways of flesh and blood HUMAN POTENTIAL life OF REALLY MORE FULLY LIVING, in what truly counts in life, in connections to other flesh and blood human beings, as nature and evolution ‘dictates’,

per Mother Nature TRUTH AND LIGHT AKA GOD.

THE TRUTH AND LIGHT BIT, BY THE WAY,

IS SIMPLY A METAPHOR FOR WHAT WORKS, BY A WAY.

To be strong and love, is to have human relative free will.

Anything less, is a self imposed prison of a ‘robot mind’.

And truly the lack of relative human free will, is the illusion,
and apparently at least in SOME situations, a place where a
get of jail free card, is as close as relative
human free WILL IS.

So yeah, I know a ‘little’ about Quantum Physics too;

But I know a whole BUNCH more about human relative FREE WILL,
when the flesh and blood hits the challenges of the real
highways of life, than it appears exists in your universe,
@ALL, at this time; but the GOOD NEWS is CHANGE IS
ALMOST ALWAYS POSSIBLE FOR THE BETTER WITH
RELATIVE HUMAN FREE WILL AND ACCOMPANYING
GREATER POTENTIAL PHYSICAL INTELLIGENCE;
regulating emotions, integrating senses, increasing
and enhancing cognitive executive functioning, through
greater focus and short term working memory; that obviously
also is one potential cure for the disabling aspects of Autism
as noted in the clinical environment. Truly, a systemizing mind
without the emoting powers of emotions and senses in mind and
body balance, lacks a great deal of human relative free will; as truly
it is disabling not to exercise relative human free will, in all the ways
that can just happen, when a person just does it, instead of talking about
what they cannot do, anathema to what humans are evolved as, per creatures
that overcome amazing challenges of life, as all free animals do not imprisoned by
false illusions of ‘HUMAN ZOO LIFE’ through abstract language, cultures, and religions that
do JUST THAT; THAT TRULY AT CORE OF HUMAN NATURE IS NOT ‘JUST’ AT ALL FOR WHAT
IS POSSIBLE IN HUMAN POTENTIAL WITH RELATIVE FREE WILL, WITH THE METAPHOR OF THE
QUANTUM HUMAN MIND unleashed, WHETHER OR NOT THAT HAS ‘SQUAT’ TO DO WITH REAL
QUANTUM PHYSICS. The Fact is, IN AT LEAST MY CASE, HUMAN RELATIVE FREE WILL HAS EMPIRICAL
RESULTS THAT I CAN CLEARLY ILLUSTRATE WITH JUST A YOUTUBE LINK, WHEREVER THESE LEGS OF
‘STEEL’, IN HUMAN RELATIVE FREE WILL
TAKE ME ANYWHERE
I WANNA GO.

AND SURE, the dance halls with hundreds of gorgeous girls, is part of that, with Just a little sampling

Just another sweet young dancing partner

AND TWO OR THREE AND OR MANY MORE..

at Old Seville Quarter.. last night..

doing what i currently do best in FREE rains of April LOVE DANCING away the night in tens of thousands of dance steps and arm movements for around 3 hours with not a break for even a drink of water…

And then there is the writing that goes on and on.. recently arriving at 4.. 7 thousand word epic poetry posts.. in around a week at one point in time.. with several hundred thousand words total.. over a month or so of Easter Lent time for me…

And OH GOD.. if i have a dollar for every time a WTF open mouth dazed and or drinking dancer or and spectator..

asks me what drugs i am on.. to accomplish all of this.. and if i they can have some.. i will certainly be able to feed several homeless veterans on the side of city roads..

But nah.. baby..

everything i do is all natural in the flow

in just letting human higher potential imagination and creativity go!

WHEN used for ‘WELL’, the Placebo effect AND AFFECT, is a scientifically studied effect and affect that works.

And so is the NOCEBO effect and affect, as nicely illustrated, below in the video that shows that what one thinks and feels about something can be significantly dangerous, as well as beneficial, per the placebo effect and affect.

And if one ever looks to studies for psychotropic drugs,

one usually finds that the drugs are only significantly better than

THE PLACEBO affect and effect, by a relatively small number of percentage points.

The bottom line IS, the power of the emotion of human belief, IS a REAL deal in emoting positive and negative outcomes, depending on the skills in generating positive or negative belief, among those who innately and environmentally CAN and WILL TO DEVELOP THOSE SKILLS TO MAKE REAL LIFE NATURAL MIRACLES, OCCUR IN LIFE.

IF, I READ A PERSON either a horoscope or fortune cookie message that says you are going to feel better than yesterday, and they use that ABSTRACT SYMBOL AS A ‘TOTEM’ FOR THE EMOTION OF BELIEF THERE IS THE MORE LIKELY CHANCE THAT THEY ARE GOING TO ALL NATURALLY IMPROVE HOW THEY LIVE, in ACTION BY ‘JUST’ DOING IT,

with their own inner emoting emotion of belief.

So, hell yeah; that’s empirical evidence of how

acupuncture, astrology, herbal medicine,

and even religious belief works.

IT’S all about the

REAL POTENTIAL

POWER OF HUMAN

emoting EMOTION of BELIEF

TO MAKE HUMAN NIGHTMARES OR DREAMS COME TRUE;

RELATIVELY speaking of course, per relative human free will;

THAT utilizes the REAL POTENTIAL HEALING POWER OF THE

emoting emotions of faith, hope and belief,

and the EMOTION OF relative human free will;

THAT no matter what symbol of ‘totem’

of abstract words or a stack of rocks,

or WTF, ELSE, serves AS ABSTRACT SYMBOL,

to associate that powerful healing emotion to make positive or

NEGATIVE change a reality, in all natural miraculous flow OR NIGHTMARE OF WISHING,

AND HAVING FAITH WITH HOPE AND BELIEF IN WHAT one REALLY does or does NOT WANT, IN TERMS OF change.

BUT HERE’S THE OTHER THING; some studies suggest that only a third of the overall general population benefit from Placebo, and some studies suggest that this same power of belief is not as strong with literal, black and white thinkers like what is a commonly occurring clinical trait of so-called Autism.

And duh, I MEAN DUH, FOR FOLKS WHO DO NOT EXPERIENCE STRONG EMOTIONS OF FAITH, HOPE, AND BELIEF,

along with the inability through deficits of creative and imaginative physical intelligence to regulate emotions, and integrate senses, along with the all natural human higher power of focus, and greater short term working memory;

THAT EVEN SCIENCE is starting to show

is a real empirical testable thingy;

There is no ‘GOD’ like this in the so-called

‘HIGHER POWER OF GOD’, IN THE LIFE EXPERIENCE of these folks.

No placebo effect/affect in practical terms in the natural occurring potential of human life experience equals little to NO all natural so-called miracles, and perhaps LITTLE TO no relative experience of the three letter symbol known as GOD.

But it bears remembering; that folks who are not subject to the placebo effect and affect are also not subject to the NOCEBO EFFECT AND AFFECT; SO WITH THE CHANCE OF ‘HEAVEN’, IN METAPHOR OF COURSE, COMES AN EQUAL CHANCE FOR ‘HELL’ AS WELL;

THE PLACE ONE GOES TO, WITH THE REAL EMOTING POWERS OF THE EMOTIONS OF FAITH, HOPE, AND BELIEF, CAN BE REGULATED, INTEGRATED, AND BALANCED THROUGH THE EMOTING EMOTIONAL POWER OF HUMAN RELATIVE FREE WILL.

And additionally, studies show there is some real effect AND AFFECT of precognition when highly emotionally charged images of sex are used instead of the old images of symbols without emotions attached.

And OMG, of course, that makes sense, as even science now shows that the general phenomenon of human lust generates emotions, imagination, creativity, and even frigging productivity.

This is all frigging common sense; and the type of stuff that Eastern Philosophies are tuned into;

WITH AGE-OLD abstract symbols OF HUMAN WRITTEN LANGUAGE, used to describe IT ranging from chakras, QI, CHI, DAO, TAO, the middle way of ZEN Buddhism, and so many other symbols that all have the same essence of truth and

POSITIVE LIGHT IN EMOTIONS OF

potential EVENTUAL human animal MAMMAL homeostasis balance,

IN emotional regulation and sensory integration for greater cognitive executive functioning, in focus and short term working memory generated by expanding one’s all natural imaginative, creative levels of physical intelligence;

THAT IS best earned ALL NATURALLY by moving baby, moving; yes, moving like our ancestors naturally do in balance to become ‘invisible’, per quiet, IN REGULATING EMOTIONS AND SENSES,

enough, on terrestrial ground, to go unnoticed by predators and prey

TO JUST FRIGGING DO IT, AND FRIGGING SURVIVE.

And this my friends, is why the average ‘caveman’ is so much dam ‘smarter’, overall,

AND IF MORE PEOPLE PRACTICE IT IN REAL LIFE, AS A WAY OF LIFE,

the saddest part of human
nature than cannot be felt..

with pain or not…

But a new beginning whether signed or not..

is always the next step..

Ah.. the freedom of the blues loose in the

humidity of southern dialect ways..

there is nothing freer.. wilder..

and much deeper

than soul of music..

and i suppose the father of

rock and roll as well..

in the blue midnight

moons of the African deserts..

that also still exist in rap..:)

Well.. as a child who cannot

speak until age four..

and a young adult

who has problems

with language in general..
and even understanding the
overwhelming emotions..

that i cannot separate from what

i feel in emotional contagion..

from all other folks..

To come to the ability

to connect language with emotions

are certainly the guideposts of symbols for

peace of mind.. and flow of emotional expression..

in verbal language.. the farthest star of my life..

i finally reach..for now..:)

As before my eyes are all that i have

to truly connect like this in

innate human emotion..:)

And truly a challenge..

as those eyes

are now shaded in illness..

for emotional expression of and for others..:)

But yes.. with true grit.. there can always be

another way..:)

Truly words take me to

places i never visit in real life..

and of course they also take me away

from other places

i want to visit in real life..

but never the less..

with human connection there is light and life..

so to count my blessings is.. to count my words too..

at least in emotional expression of connection with others..

in Northwest Florida.. IS now

turned into an over a week

deluge of flooding rains..

wHere the only

solution

is getting wet

covering rains of GOD’s Love..

as after all we are 90% or so RAINFULL!

OF GOD’S REIGNING REINING RAINING LOVE!..;)

I’ll stick with the sun and be A son as well..:)

And the perfume of the sweat of dance goes so much

farther than a smell of life..:)

The kindness of renewal of rain..

on dusty souls of flowers..

is a moisture i lean to as well..

to regain the colors of my soul..:)

Yes.. the poet’s lighthouse.. guides seas of words..

and waves that wash ashore.. in linings of paragraph shores..

and then @Some Poets the lighthouse dims..
a point of darkness.. but the muses.. are waiting.. beyond
the midnight moon.. of deepest ocean blues..
to light the candle of word houses..
in hues in light of moon

glowing

When snow white is dark and light is black crow
in instructing white to escape as light..
there is harmony in the Universe..
and we can all rest with peace..
with love for light and dark asNOW..:)

Somewhere long ago..

somewhere in a desert of loneliness flow..

one and then another.. start scratching imaginary

connections of stars in desert sand below..

And then there is

a letter of

geometry and flow..

a word.. a paragraph..

and when emotions do finally flow

in poetic words of expression..

There is this.. and i enjoy it

very much.. with smiles..

as well..:)

..So true.. the darkest nights of heaven..

can become the greatest lights.. in gift.. of human heart and soul

expressed as Truth and Light in Spirit.. in letting go and flowing

Ah.. the human condition evolved for peaceful easy sharing love.. when there are relatively small groups of sets of eyes to connect to.. not much more than 150 to 200.. hearts to connect to like that..:)

And then comes agriculture and the move away from free range humans.. and then the industrial age.. when men and women become the tools as fools.. instead of he and or her…

And now a four inch screen.. or if one is lucky 8 hours or so planted in front of a pleasing two-foot box.. is still so restricting a view.. to all the emotions and sensory experiences.. that can be.. the human being come true..:)

Dear anonymous.. you provide this same advice before..
and i respond with appreciation.. for the time and effort..
that you take to provide it..

But please know that i am fully aware that fewer folks
are going to read longer ‘epic poetic expressions’
in words.. images.. and videos..
that is currently what i do for the love of art..
not the expectation of anything other than the art of art..

i clarify that a number of times.. as i do now again..
in ‘the comments section’ in qualification of what i do..
along with the fact that i love to respond in
micro-expression of poetic words
to the inspiring words of others…

So in other words.. the only contribution that i will guess
anyone will truly appreciate in the rhythm of what i am currently
admitting to doing in my writing.. as epic poetic expressions of a journey
of dance in life with words.. photos.. and videos.. is just the micro-expressions
of poetic words.. i leave as appreciation for the inspiring words of others…

That’s enough for me.. and truly after
what i go through in life.. every now..
just being alive is all i want from life..

Everything else is just icing on THAT cake…

And by the way.. overall readership of my blogs
are currently skyrocketing.. as i currently author 6 blogs
where the readership is currently hundreds of readers a day.. overall..
and over 1 million in the last 2 years that i am happily doing art.. AS IS NOW..
however it comes to me and not
how I control it
with any specific
parameters of
mechanical cognition…

But more than anything else from me friend to you friend..
i apologize that i frustrate you at times with what I do..
but please do try to understand it is for the sake of art
that truly saves my heart.. soul.. and spirit from a death
in truly MORE fully living life.. in emotional and sensory
mind and body creatively and imaginatively balancing life!
