When I received a prompt from a poet
about Earth Wind & Fire
and a favorite Album cover in that day!
The first day of a pre-spiritual journey
walk on my beach;
interesting cool fall day
on August 1st 1981 in Florida!
The 26th of July 2013
is my 32nd month anniversary
of this online writing expedition
of over 5 million words
to escape ice pick
nerve pain
behind
right eye
24/7…
As one
might imagine every day
is heaven without that pain!
Pain teaches ALL!
Crosses born are heavy!
40 days with 35 days 1 hour each of sleep
ending in 5 days with no sleep at ALL
after 2 years of hyper-vigilance
starting in 2006,
is just the start
of a 5 year journey
of hell approximated!
