as Saint Patrick’s Day is still in full bloom
with the recent chill in the air moving back to
full sunshine and spring.. and with all the goings
on of the last month with my Mother’s illness and death..
and celebrating 7000 miles of Dance Walking and a loss
of an Aunt.. the sister of my Mother.. shortly before that and
a second cousin in her much shorter life ending too.. as they
say.. accumulation of stressful events add up and take care of
your health.. as you are just human as that refers to me.. almost
to the point it was that i wasn’t revved to dance last night at Old Seville..
and Spring Break in the local area brought crowds where it was almost impossible
to move more than three feet on the dance floor as i love to spread my wings more
than that
although
three feet
and less
makes
a challenge
of Dance Skills
gained2 in movement
art of not bumping into
anyone else as ones’ body
lEarns to see more than the
regular five senses in ways of
sensing and feeling the world
in proprioception intelligence
from head to toe now all the
way into a flesh and blood

free spirited young dance partners at Old Seville.. and one year ago..
two memories then of Katrina and me at Bear Lake at a family celebration
on Saint Patrick’s day then.. in Lucky Green shirt attire.. my Second Cousin
Monica.. who Lord knows is as free spirited as me.. as she was the Beauty
Queen back in the Gulf Coast Dance Hall Beach Days back in the 80’s in all
the wet T-shirt contests.. and raised her children as a single mother doing a
stint as a paid stripper too.. as you do what ya gotta do to survive.. and she is
still surviving too.. and now a friend on Facebook too.. who dam sure ain’t
afraid of anything free spirited i do now too.. anyWay.. so she responds

in emotions.. and it took me 3 years
to find a professional who had any
grasp on how to get them back.. Eventually..
i literAlly showed the first shrink how to do it
with art of movement.. He quit his practice and
is teaching movement therapy as it is just F in
common sense.. emotion moves emotions move.. Etc..
Etc.. YES.. A light came on and he said.. Oh yeah..
It works.. Forrest Gump

have zero connections
in old age for

real friends in flesh and blood
who would likely really

than what happened
