down just a little bit.. as sure i get
little injuries off and on and have always
persevered.. like a wind/tumor on the top of
my left foot.. that eventually went away..
and some issues with the tendons

And a dark bird of anxiety here after

before.. and sure as always credit goes wHeRe

just a ‘little’ more inspiration for today.. as practice is
what makes life what it is..
And anxiety and emotions whole..
where the way of staying in one’s head
puts one out of touch with the body where
emotions truly flow in senses from head to toe..
hmm.. as long as i can dance.. will never have anxiety
as my body is in control of happiness.. no longer will

and i must say
fear of being humiliated
and worrying what other folks
think about yA.. IS A sure way to
limit your human potential.. and one
thing i learned in life.. is.. if you really go
down and sink.. the only folks who are gonna
stand by your side is your immediate family and
in my case i must say in my 66 months of 19 disorders
everyone i knew quickly forgot i existed but closest family
members.. and even Katrina’s closest family members did
not exclude me from the human race.. even though it
was extremely hard for me to connect to anyone
with the pain i had.. no matter what.. so perhaps
that was just as well.. but here’s the other
thing.. i was abused much in verbal

that hurt but i got used to it and got
as strong as i could be.. but what i learned
is to finally let that go.. i had to accept and love

WITH GOD.. OF YES NATURE.. FOR ALLOWING ME THE
HEALING TO CONTINUE THIS GIFT OF LIFE.. sTiLL noW..

in their undies online.. just for shits and giggles and

fear of being humiliated
and worrying what other folks
think about yA.. IS A sure way to
limit your human potential.. and one
thing i learned in life.. is.. if you really go
down and sink.. the only folks who are gonna
stand by your side is your immediate family and
in my case i must say in my 66 months of 19 disorders
everyone i knew quickly forgot i existed but closest family
members.. and even Katrina’s closest family members did
not exclude me from the human race.. even though it
was extremely hard for me to connect to anyone
with the pain i had.. no matter what.. so perhaps
that was just as well.. but here’s the other
thing.. i was abused much in verbal
ways as a person on the

all the way through school
and much of work too.. and sure
that hurt but i got used to it and got

is to finally let that go.. i had to accept and love

WITH GOD.. OF YES NATURE.. FOR ALLOWING ME THE

fun.. when it doesn’t matter what the FucK anyone

One of few family photos here from the usual bi-annual visits when i was small from my father and here.. most unusually.. my Paternal Grandmother.. Myrtle.. came down for a visit too.. on the beach.. she French/Spanish aka Cajun and my father showing those Cajun roots here more except for Irish Green eyes not visible here in this photo.. first generation from my Grandfather the eventual X-Catholic Priest immigrating from Ireland.. and yes.. to meet my Grandmother here.. when she was 17 at the Taylor County Catholic Parish where my actual Priest Grandfather and a noted author of last century in intellectual and social circles of the socialist party.. even dining with Einstein.. living in New York.. New York then.. as one of his 15 minutes of fame in life.. in retrospect

that my divorced mother could

college of course.. oh.. that old reliable white steed that
went through two engines too.. hehe.. then.. to make it
to the end of sweet 16.. in ’86.. anyway the ‘cool
kids’ had a field day of verbally abusing me and
my sister.. in our pure and angelic nerd forms
here.. but i must say.. i wonder how much
of this is environmental and not truly
so much an innate issue other
than overwhelming sensory
and emotional feelings
picked up from
an increasingly busy
and very stimulating human
cultural environment.. but yeah..
sure.. i couldn’t talk until age 4.. and
i had great difficulty with language
in stuttering and even expressing
myself other than kinda strange..
but too much sitting at school..
and overall being
overwhelmed like
a cat in a cage of a lightening
storm kinda makes for some very
shy and timid looking body language too..
and here’s the thing.. bullies pick up on that
shit quick.. who have their issues of inferiority of
anger at not being loved at home or whatever..
and to have weak body language through
out life is a sure way to get picked
on as that is what the
strong and angry
do.. they look
for a dog or
a weak
person to kick..
with little to no human
empathy and compassion..
and this rule and sadly dark part
of human nature goes on as those
who are dark and bullied or unloved
tend to go on and do the same to others..
unless somehow they persevere with love..
and usually that comes from at least one
supportive parent.. and yes.. in our
case our mother… otherwise
i might have turned out to be
a cold blooded killer
in the military
or such
as that.. as
both my father and
grandmother on the
paternal side could be
very very mean to the folks
they saw as inferior in life..
in ways of racism for sure..
